The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:5-7 business days
Shipping time: air transport 5-7 business days


The freight depends on the quantity and weight of the goods you purchase.

In the five days after the logistics number shows delivered, if there is any question about the delivered of the package, please contact us in time. If you don’t contact us, We will automatically consider that you have received the package.




Cancel order before shipped?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced:

✔  If the order is cancelled in 24 hours you will get full refund.

✔  If the order is cancelled more than 24 hours you will get 80% refund, 20% as our processing fee.

✔  We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

30 days to Return?

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival.

All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.


✔  Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

✔  We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.

✔  All Clearance ITEMS purchased at TIPP-TIPP HOORAY!!! are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

✔  To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

      ✔  Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure

      ✔  Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return

✔ The return requires a processing fee of 20% of the total order amount.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
